Planning And Design/Development Services

Parameter Development: This activity includes identifying the scope and scale of the project, site/facility constraints, budget considerations, etc. Laboratory testing of certain parts and assemblies may be indicated if unique part characteristics or finish requirements are encountered.

Equipment/Facilities Design/Development: Engineering services for the project involve identifying and developing details for the building/facility, utilities and equipment. Such details include drawings for building construction or modification, mechanical and electrical services, and equipment layout. All applicable codes and regulations are reviewed and evaluated relative to equipment and processing for incorporation into the project as required. Installation drawings for the assembly/anchoring and utility service hook-up of all major process equipment are developed.

The John R. Wald Company is routinely called-on to design and implement both metal and wood finishing systems and to replace or upgrade individual system components. After all significant details have been developed and approved we are ready to proceed with equipment procurement and installation:

Project Implementation

Equipment and Accessories: We provide equipment and accessories employing a combination of John R. Wald Company manufactured components and items we out source from original equipment manufacturers. Our long standing relationships and experience with our suppliers coupled with our manufacturing capabilities and experience ensures that our customers receive proven, reliable equipment components.

Installation: Our installation team is comprised of qualified, experienced technical supervisors and appropriate trade crews. We can work together with owner supplied crews or provide complete installation services which range from utility distribution through final equipment hook-up.

Production Data and Services: We round-out our package by providing system start-up and run-in services which include maintenance training and technical production training. We work together with chemical and paint/powder suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the system meet customer expectations, both immediate and long-term.
