 The
purpose of any digital technology is to improve the flow of
information to make timely and accurate decisions. The John
R. Wald DigiTag Administrative Interface provides a comprehensive
license plate production management tool to address the flow
of information as it pertains to license plate production and
distribution. Each custom installation is configured based on
the level of order data exchange desired. It can integrate directly
with a DMV database or simply download order data. Once orders
for license plates are loaded into the database, the system
provides a "bird's eye" view of each plate throughout
each stage of the production process.
The DigiTag Administrative Interface is a browser-based application.
As such, it can be accessed from any networked workstation
with Internet Explorer 5.5 and above. No additional software
installation is necessary. Each of the functions within the
DigiTag application give you the ability to "Drill Down"
into an order and view details. Simple point and click actions
make it easy for users to monitor and control every facet
of production.
DigiTag VariData
The DigiTag Variable Data application for Digital Printing
is a natural extension of the DigiTag System. This robust,
custom designed application provides high speed integration
of the necessary variable elements such as alpha-numeric characters,
in-line graphics, bar codes, graphic overlays and more into
license plate graphic "templates" used as background
images. The high speed RIP allows the digital print engine
to run at production speeds while drawing data from  the
DigiTag Order Database application. The Template Manager (Pictured
left) is used to easily create and modify templates and locate
variable elements on license plates.
Our system is more flexible, faster and has more editing features
than any available off-the-shelf program. The custom integration
services and support that John R. Wald offers with each system
will "Make It Work" for your license plate application.
