Responsible for planning, directing, and
controlling Company resources toward the achievement of established
corporate objectives in a manner consistent with the philosophy
of the Board of Directors. Communicates and participates with the
Board on all decisions affecting the Company that must be made at
Board level. Monitors the performance of the Company against established
objectives and adjusting strategies as necessary. Provides direction

Herman E. Arnold, P.E.
Vice President,Research and Development
Responsible for the productivity of the Research
and Development Department. Administers and actively participates
in idea generation, go/no go analysis, and project development.
Also services a support function as Chief Engineer for Order Administration
and Sales. As appropriate, assumes technical leadership role in
project planning and development.

David B. Donnelly
Vice President, Operations
Responsible for administering the information technology
function including network server, database, Internet connectivity,
and general computer training and administration. Involved
directly in contracts requiring custom digital solutions
for implementation. This includes design/development of
software, integration of network components, database creation,
etc.
